Mend Infidelity is a trauma recovery and infidelity coaching consultancy service that helps people affected by infidelity, trauma and other intimacy challenges.
While they wanted people to reach them easily, they experienced difficulty reaching their audience due to the concern for confidentiality that many people have with infidelity issues.
To adequately reach their target audience and provide support to those in need of trauma recovery coaching, I created a website that would be an access point for all the needs of the potential customers: from booking consultations and workshops to sharing relevant resources.
As a result, Mend Infidelity realized an increase in client engagement, a boost in audience attraction and an improvement in the scheduling volume. In addition, they reached more potential customers through thought leadership by creating content that fits their community members’ needs.
